Read scripts and storylines to understand animation requirements Prepare presentations with raw designs to customers Develop storyboards for the initial stages of production Create models, drawings and illustrations by hand or electronically Join images with background graphics and special effects Ensure synchronization of frames and audio
Participate in editing process Direct the work of animation assistants Collaborate with production crew (designers, directors etc.)

Skills

• Proven experience as motion designer
• Knowledge of 2D/3D, stop motion and computer-generated animation
• Experience in project management
• Proficient in CGI software Photoshop, After Effects, Cinema4D etc.
• A creative storyteller with presentation abilities
• Comfortable working with deadlines and budget restrictions
• Teamwork and excellent communication skills

Job Description

Produce creative assets including graphics, templates, brochures and layouts and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels. Handling multiple design assignments across the Print (Whitepapers, Lite-paper, Brochures, Standees) & Branding (Logo design and stationery items) segments, Create Professional pitch-deck or webinars PowerPoint Presentations. Expert in creating marketing banners, posters, social media Ads. Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size. Preparing drafts of material based on an agreed brief. Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality. Maintain a set of design best practices and guidelines to reduce and minimize production efforts. Quality control to ensure accuracy and a high creative bar. Digital platform design experience and understanding for cross platform design guidelines. Design other promotional and marketing design for the company.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of Print Design/Layout.
• Ability to drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects and prioritizing tasks.
• Demonstrated strong visual design expertise with ability to produce fresh, simple, elegant and exceedingly usable layouts and interactions and iconography.

Partner with product managers, engineers, and user researchers to oversee the development of a product from problem definition, concept to launch. Support and lead your cross-functional product team by applying your craft to everything we do. Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams. Design mobile interfaces that are incredibly simple, elegant, and enjoyable for users. Mentor and inspire our greater design team, give and seek feedback in order to continually raise our bar for quality. Collaborate directly with engineers within agile teams at every stage of a products creation.

Skills

• Ideally familiar with most or all of the following: Conceptual design, user research,wireframing, UI prototyping, detailed design, usability testing and implementation
• Experience with industry standard design tools (Figma, Adobe CC, etc...)
• Excellent communication and the ability to convince stakeholders to buy-in to your Concepts
• An understanding of business that is equal to your understanding of product owner needs
