Job Description

● Collaborate with Product Managers to build a deep understanding of our users. Conduct User Research Exercises, develop User Personas and share insights that will help us build a better product. ● Create wireframes and high fidelity mockups for taking feedback from different stakeholders. ● Create the Interaction and Visual Designs for mobile and web applications. ● Present and communicate the design ideas and interactions to engineers for development. ● Design and conduct Usability Testing. Share learnings and work with Product Managers to incorporate them in the roadmap.

Skills

● Overall 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer at a technology company

● Strong design portfolio

● Proficient in softwares such as Sketch, Balsamiq, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Invision etc.

● Prior experience in designing complex workflows and B2B software is a plus

● Good to have people management experience
