Job Description

Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research. Identify new product improvement opportunities. Analyze how a new product feature satisfies market needs and consumer preferences. Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions. Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication. Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences. Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes. Work with marketing team to lead landing pages, branding and communication design efforts Do ad-hoc requirements on collateral as needed

Skills

• Experience working with both B2B and B2C products on data heavy UI
• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
• An intuitive eye for detailing customer needs beyond the obvious
• Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
• Passion for design always thinking of ways to improve using creative problem-solving skills
• Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques
• Good knowledge of working with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, illustrator etc.
• Degree/Certification in UI/UX Design preferred

Job Description

You will read scripts, storylines and collaborate with the Design and Marketing team to understand animation requirements. Along with social media, you'll also get to work and experience website/app design, and also generate creatives for internal/external communication. You will turn concepts into impressive animation videos. Join images with background graphics and special effects. You will be responsible for the end to end video designing process. You are aware of up-to-date social media practices and design trends.

Skills

• You are comfortable with Typography, transitions and video effects.
• You must have good hands-on Adobe After Effects experience. (it will be an added advantage if you know Adobe Premiere Pro)
• You are proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• You have a knowledge of 2D/3D and computer generated animation.
• You are a creative storyteller with presentation abilities.
• You are comfortable working with deadlines.
• You are a team player and have good communication skills.
• You have a portfolio that shows your passion for creating compelling video and graphic design creatives.
• You are strong in verbal and written communication skills.
• You are an Ideator, Creator, Coordinator, Analyser, Daily-Learner, Problem solver - A balanced mix of each of these functions.
• You can work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables.
