    Job Description

    - Support UX Designers in concepting, wireframes, visual designs, and delivering assets for development teams. - Assist with planning and conducting user research. - Design and analyze usage metrics to inform product design decisions. - Support definition of a common visual language between marketing materials and software products.

    Skills

    - Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
    - Ability to balance user needs, technology constraints, and business goals to create a useful, usable, and desirable product
    - Excellent interaction and user interface design skills, including creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes in a highly collaborative environment
    - Experience designing applications across mobile, web, and desktop platforms; responsive design experience is a plus
    - Experience with workflow analysis and application of best practices
    Working knowledge of Adobe products, Sketch or other wireframing/prototyping/design tools
    - Experience with user research and testing is a plus
    - Strong conceptualization and visual design abilities
    - Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
    - Ability to thrive in an iterative, collaborative environment
    - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills across a variety of audiences
    - Adaptability, may not know everything but becomes the local expert quickly

    About the Company:

    Servify, a Mumbai-based tech startup launched its mobile app-based solution that aims to work as a personal assistant for all electronic gadgets and appliances owned by consumers in a household. The app, in addition to helping consumers store their bills and warranty on cloud, also connects with brand authorized service ecosystem when consumers need a reliable repair. The app boasts of being the first-of-its-kind, enabling service during warranty and out of warranty as it connects the brand authorized service ecosystem. The app helps consumers track the status of service request real-time including, showing the distance of a service center on Google Maps within the app when the consumer has to carry the device to the nearest service center.
