Job Description

Working closely with our users and product team - live and breathe the problem of extracting insights from conversations, for users with varying levels of data literacy Define and build the right kind of design process for our stage, alongside our product and engineering team Spread design thinking throughout the team Closely collaborate upon product delivery with engineers Get rough sketches out quickly for rapid learning, then obsess on the details of each UI component Frequent sharing of designs and learnings with the team - where we can all learn from the customer together

Skills

• Proven experience designing products in a commercial setting, that people use regularly, and get real-life value from
• A design all-rounder - an appetite for research, user flows, and UI design
• Comfortable creating high fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
• A critical thinker and clear communicator - the ability to explain the rationale behind a design, findings from the research is crucial
• Pragmatic designer - high-quality work is important, perfection over delivery is not
• Experience with data visualisation - you can create simple, easy-to-understand viz charts from complex data
