Skills

• Bachelor's /Master's degree in Visual Design or related design discipline
• Demonstrates experience in designing usable Mobile-first web products for e-commerce
• Strong working knowledge of Sketch illustrator
• Hands on experience with adobe after effects
• Clear and effective presentation skills in order to influence important design decisions and maintain credibility.
• Experience creating design components, illustrations, detailed screens, icons and style guides
• Understanding of Visual processing, colour theory and typography
• Comfort in a fast-paced, highly-dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
• Good to have understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3
• Working knowledge of native iOS and Android platforms
• Clear understanding of screen resolution and optimizing for specific requirements
• Good knowledge of principle of ios design guidelines, material design

Job Description

* Craft visual experiences that are user-friendly as well as aesthetically appealing to Senior citizens* Create clear wireframes, user flows and graphic visualisations to prototype and communicate ideas* Process feedback from multiple stakeholders and iterate rapidly and smartly* Bring to work the latest and best design practices, approaches, tools & techniques* Develop a universal design language and UI/UX principles to be adopted across the various components of our company* Put in place and leverage structures, templates and guides to enable faster turnaround with greater consistency* Be an equal partner and co-own the experience with the product and business counterparts* Collaborate with fellow designers to define, build and evolve a consistent and coherent design language* Strive for pixel perfection in your designs* Work with Product and Engineering team while implementation and conduct design testing of each component before release* Conduct UATs and user research to continuously evolve the product* Create detailed design specifications including redline specifications and sticker sheets* Collaborate regularly with developers, PMs, and QA to ensure products are built to design specifications

Skills

* Demonstrates experience in designing usable Mobile-first web products for e-commerce
* Solid understanding of visual and user-centered design principles and how to blend
* Extremely fluent in Sketch, Photoshop and Illustrator
* Experience creating mockups and style guides
* Understanding of UX design principles (flows, states, process)
* Clear communication skills and an ability to tell compelling stories and be able to articulate the rationale behind your design decisions
* Passion to simplify products through design
* Comfort in a fast-paced, highly-dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
* Attention to detail and expertise in typography and color theory
* Creativity to produce new concepts
* Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3
* Knowledge of cross-browser issues and strategies for designing compatible user interfaces would be an added advantage
* Working knowledge of native iOS and Android platforms
* Clear understanding of screen resolution and optimizing for specific requirements
