Job Description

Participate in user requirement analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, information architecture design, and interaction design towards creating and improving the website, mobile website, mobile app and online products- user interface and user journey. Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods. Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design road map as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.) Designing strongly branded promotional graphics. Drive decisions, track issues, and assist in estimating resource needs and schedules Experience in quantitative data analysis for design performance, and usability testing. Work closely with development teams and QA to ensure that design specifications are implemented correctly, actively participating in bug tracking, bug fixing, and UI QA Fulfilling multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines Define clear user flows and UI specifications for our Engineering teams and maintain design consistency and coherence across products.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of user interface and user experience design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to mobile, web-based, and desktop applications.
• Proficiency with various design and prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of Web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
• Knowledge of design patterns and conventions for different mobile operating systems such as Android and IOS.
• Ability to function as a project leader as well as an individual contributor.
• Experience in working using agile methodologies.
• Experience in setting up the full UI workflow layer right from Development, Testing, Building and Development.
• Proven track record of working with software engineering teams to ensure accurate, high-quality design implementation.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
