Ability to communicate and demonstrate the value and rationale of design decisions to business and technology partners. Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Skills

• 10+ years experience in UX development.
• Experience of print and advertisement is plus.
• Having experience in instilling and protecting a collaborative environment, leading designers within the context of a cross-functional team and reaching consensus within a diverse culture and fast-paced work flow is a must.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is plus.

Job Description

User experience briefs. UX guiding principles for the initiatives. Concept sketches, wireframes, flow diagrams, sitemaps. UI designs using brand and platform standards. Scenarios, user profiles and use cases. Interaction designs and specifications. Leadership of collaborative design sessions. Working with communication teams for UX needs. Understand copywrite and practice within branding of SAP. Designing interactions that help people engage with complex subject matter and overcome inertia.
