Key responsibilities include : - Executing interactive and visual design as part of multi-disciplinary team - Deliver innovative, engaging prototypes using the latest in front-end technologies - Develop process flows, story boards, wire frames, and mock-ups to effectively conceptualize and communicate - High-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors - Help in creating information design concepts by means of maps, story boards, sketches, personas, agile stories, mood boards, navigation maps, prototypes of appropriate complexity, and usability plans and scripts - Experience in using tools such as Adobe Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, SketchApp - Efficient in using prototyping tools such as Proto.io / Invision / Origami / Marvel - Develop reusable design patterns and components for varied product needs - Work collaboratively with User Experience Strategist & Project Manager to create cutting edge experiences for Enterprise applications - Communicating ideas, best practices and guiding principles for creating effective user experiences - Work closely with development and design teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented - Presenting concepts to stakeholders and project teams and effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually - Fulfill several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines - Assist front-end engineers with final development of the products

Skills

Required Skills and Experience : - 2-3 years of user experience design for web-based and analytical applications that runs on desktops and mobile devices - A Bachelor's Degree in Information Science or Design or HCI or equivalent experience in Web & Mobile application design, preferably - Ability to research, create and present product user journey maps, user task flows, interaction models, storyboards - Well-experienced with User Interface design patterns and Information Architecture - Experience in using tools such as Adobe Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, SketchApp - Efficient in creating user-flow/task-flow diagram, wireframes, interactive prototype, visual design and specification documents - Efficient in using prototyping tools such as Proto.io / Invision / Origami / Marvel - Collaboratively evolve the functionality of digital products along with Business & Technology teams - Develop and manage user mapping as well as, User experience guidelines and acceptance criteria - Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills; and the ability to quickly prioritize tasks - Presenting concepts to stakeholders and project teams and effectively communicate research finding, conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually
