Job Description

As UI/UX designer, the candidate will work with the product and tech teams to create beautiful and easy to use products across multiple platforms and devices. You will define the interactivity and UX on the products, proposing solutions that balance user needs with business goals and technical capabilities. You should be driven by finding out how and why people use products, and be passionate about using this to create good customer experiences.

Skills

• Experience in designing UX of large scale websites and applications
• Deep understanding of how to apply the methodologies of interaction design and research to website, mobile, and product development
• Proven skills interacting with, and crafting deliverables that are appropriate for, diverse clients
• Keen attention to detail, and taking pride in polishing deliverables beyond expectations
• Ability to describe and defend the value of UX to internal team members and to clients
• Creativity in concepting interaction concepts and models
• Capacity to think holistically about a client's business
• Ability to collaborate extensively and play nicely with other intelligent and talented team members
• Able to adapt approach and process to fit project goals, timelines and other parameters
• Know when and how to defend strategy and design choices
• Collaborate with team to ensure we find perfect balance of innovation and usability
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude, and a thirst to expand your knowledge and abilities
