Job Description

Provide graphic design assistance to client projects Develop graphics used in variety of creative projects including presentations, brochures, advertisements, catalogues, direct mail, corporate identity, packaging, event graphics, web banners and other design collateral

Skills

• Expertise in Adobe tools primarily Illustrator and Photoshop
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
• A well organized and diverse portfolio goes a long way!
• Willing to create outputs in MS PowerPoint templates
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) with rotational weekend offs
• Good language and communication skills
• Flexibility to work in a closed room environment
• Interested to work out of our Teynampet office (No WFH option available)

Ensure a cohesive modern aesthetic and clean look/feel in all design elements while ensuring their brand attributes are consistently represented in multiple platforms Design and develop web pages, graphics, multimedia pieces from initial concept, storyboarding and layout to design, through production/execution Design and develop graphics and images that present complex data and analytical information in a creative and visual way that engages its audience Establish and maintain best practices and design methods and stay abreast of rich media techniques, emerging technologies, and latest web/mobile trends

Job Description

Taking design briefs to understand requirements & brainstorming ideas with the team. Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and visually effective user interfaces. Take ownership of work and present ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders incorporating feedback in your designs as required. Creating a visualisation of screens within a prototype framework like Adobe XD or Figma. Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions based on use case scenarios. Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation regarding style guidelines, iconography and UI components. Work closely with front-end development teams in translating the designs accurately and effectively.

Skills

• Good understanding of interaction design and UX principles with the ability to translate them accurately into visual designs.
• Should have experience in using well-known interface guidelines such as Human Interface Guidelines by Apple and Material Design by Google.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) as well as Adobe XD and or Figma.
• Experience creating user experience and interaction designs that meet accessibility guidelines of WCAG 2.1 AA requirements
• Pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics keeping the overall product objective and user experience in mind.
• Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions.
• Proactive and a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
