Job Description

You’ll be dedicatedly working on building RoundGlass Visual Design System and Consistently contributing to the Design Library Creating a consistent look with all our products while pleasing our users Communicating effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and designs effectively (UX Researchers & Designers, Product Managers, Marketing and Engineers) Working with the senior designers in the team to design for various digital channels and wide product features Work closely with developers to ensure your designs are built to your specifications. Continue to expand knowledge of new design methods and technologies, as well as strengthen the current knowledge base.

Skills

• Exceptional graphic design skills, Strong and flexible skills in Visual design and Interaction design.
• A passion for creating products that resonate wellbeing and joyfulness.
• Knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to web-based applications
• Exceptional design talents with a stylistic breadth that demonstrates sensitivity to the diverse subject matter—from product interaction to software tools and applications to the web.
• Designing pixel-perfect interfaces with high attention to detail.
• Skills in Motion Graphics will be a big additional strength for the position.
• Proficiency with design, prototyping tools, and visual interaction elements.
• Experience in designing video graphics will be helpful.
• A good understanding of information architecture, interaction design, usability analysis, and UCD.
• Self-motivation, excellent communication, an open mind, the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams, and the skills to balance great design with short deadlines
• Successfully communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually.
• Designing pixel-perfect interfaces with high attention to detail.

Job Description

Work closely with the Lead Product design for new behavior changing wellbeing apps Collaborate with a team of motivated and forward thinking designers Work with product teams to understand the “big picture” of user goals and product requirements Work directly with other designers to envision and iterate on concepts Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the broader RG team Compile research and create user flows Design mock-ups and high-fidelity user interfaces

Skills

• A solid design background with an obsessive eye for visual and interaction details
• Good understanding of mobile design across iOS and Android
• Self-motivated and able to efficiently run with a project without close supervision
• Excellent communication skills – you should be able to clearly articulate your design decisions
• Demonstrated portfolio of work
• Able to function in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Able to think strategically, yet focus on execution
