Job Description

Craft visually engaging narratives and inspire other designers, and position Rocketium as an inspiring brand in the design space. Build and maintain a design system for Rocketium's brand. Spearhead visual aspects (not limited to) of the website illustrations, e-books, whitepapers/reports, social media, ad banners, product documents, event collaterals, etc. Define requirements, visualizing, and create graphics, including illustrations and layouts. Deliver visual consistency across channels like websites, e-mailers, landing pages, collaterals, and growth campaigns. Hands-on experience with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma...but also willing to learn and switch to Rocketium's design product. Collaborate with the growth marketing team to test creatives and run experiments to improve ad performance. Measure the performance and success of the artifact and iterate them based on the feedback.

• A strong understanding of brand identity, recall, and marketing.
• Basic understanding of various social media channels and their nuances.
