Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand project Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes Leverage user testing make product improvements Conceptualize and execute visual and initial design solutions across a variety of projects: including websites, digital products, print materials, marketing assets, presentations, and unique digital experiences Designing of website mockup in PSD, emailers, infographics, social media posts, web banner, catalogues, logos, print media and other promotional stuff etc Social media campaign creatives, banners, and daily posts designing, Blog images / graphics for varied industries like IT, consumer electronics, wellness brand etc. Make effective use of presentation techniques and visual cues to show how creative ideas will translate on an execution level Visualize data and information and present in an engaging way while retaining the essence Drive application of design principles, color and typography effectively across all deliverables Clearly communicate with all levels of professionals across the organization Self-motivated, organized and able to work on several projects at a time Candidate must know Adobe Photoshop Very well and must have web page layout design experience. Knowledge of CorelDraw, or Illustrator etc will be added plus. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study OR Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
• 0-2 years' of experience in design
• Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools
• Experience with Wireframing UX Design Tools, A/B Testing Tools, Usability Testing Tools Collaboration Tools.
