Job DescriptionWe are looking for a user experience (UX) designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Responsibilities:• Establish & drive the overall design strategy & roadmap for delivering on large multichannel applications/ product.• Provide effort/capacity estimation, scope, and structure projects of varying degrees of complexity.• Oversee the entire delivery and execution process, ensuring and facilitating effective team communication and collaboration• Will need to collaborate across functional teams for smooth and efficient delivery while adhering to the specified quality standards, Establish successful working partnerships across various stakeholder groups• Should be able to guide the development teams on adherence to the best practices & standards (UX, UI design, and UI engineering)• Will also be responsible for hiring, coaching, mentoring and retaining design talent• Keeping the team up to date on industry practices & trends• Driving design sprints/ innovation campaigns within the team to foster a culture of innovation.• Constantly reviews customer/ user feedback and ensures that we eliminate the friction points by deriving actionable insights from the feedback.• Recommend, develop, and implement experience design refinements based on customer, business insights.Min Experience - 6+ Years
