Job Description

Understand client requirements and come up with interactive design solutions that suit the needs of the client Gather insights from analytics, conduct adequate research and employ a User-Centered design strategy Deliver strong and clean visual designs, web layouts, mailers, posters, logos, HTML animations and creatives Produce design elements for use in websites and mobile solutions Prepare creative style guides and smart icons Supervise other UI/UX designers and collaborate with other team members like the developer and Project Manager.

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is MUST (Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign)
• Knowledge of Prototyping software (Sketch / Adobe XD / Invision etc)
• Experience of converting PSDs in HTML5, CSS3, Javscript
• Good knowledge of responsive design
• Knowledge of PHP and CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal and Magento
• Knowledge of current trends in visual design for web, mobile, desktop and tablets
