Job Description

Conduct user research through a variety of methods such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, focus groups, and other methods Analyze and synthesize user data to identify patterns and trends, and use these insights to inform the design and development of new features and improvements to existing features Create and present research reports and recommendations to various stakeholders including designers, product managers, and executives Stay up-to-date on the latest UX research methodologies and trends, and identify opportunities to incorporate new approaches into our research practice Help us build our research infrastructure

Skills

• Proficiency with user research tools such as usability testing software, survey platforms, and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Mentorship experience
