Leading & Owning the Design Process: Lead the product design process from conception through to validation and production, driving high-quality outcomes. Individual contributor: You should be able to understand and process complex problems to come up with elegant and informed solutions. Team player: Showcase excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional and multi-disciplined teams Building Knowledge: Developing knowledge of users across key areas and deep expertise in your strategic product area. Also, evangelise design and design practices across the organisation. Guide & Mentor: You will be motivating and guiding the growth of your Design team members with strong interpersonal skills.

Skills

• A great understanding of Visual Design with attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to understand user pain points and drive user research and usability testing.
• Ability to design and prototype new and creative approaches to complex design problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. You should be able to clearly articulate design decisions to the Design team as well as the leadership team.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, strategise, design and ship features.
• Understanding the importance of Data & Analytics in making data-driven designs. Being comfortable with numbers.
