Skills

• A high visual and creative Overall Design Sense
• Design software skills: Sketch/ XD/ Figma/ Invision Studio, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Other designing tools
• Hands-on experience converting wireframes to pixel-perfect user interface with some understanding of business
• Typography, Iconography, layout and others visual design skills
• Understanding of web and mobile interface with iOS and Android design standards
• Knowledge of responsive design and grid principles

Job Description

Create design concepts and drawings to determine the best product Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming Employ design concepts into functional prototypes Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts Be involved in business/users understanding by attending stakeholders meetings Participate in ideation sessions, research, sitemap creation, task flows and user journey mapping Collaborate with other team members to ensure all requirements are met with designs Create high fidelity wireframes from concept to final hand-off to the development team Manage/mentor associate designers in the team

Skills

• Experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
• Experience with design tool (Figma or any other tool)
• Understanding of business needs and user needs
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
• Provide assistance to product engineers when needed
• Participating in stakeholder meetings and gathering requirements
• Working in a highly collaborative team environment
