Job Description

Establish design processes and practices for UX and Visual Design that creatively and efficiently support our and our client’s digital experiences Gather business, requirements, functional requirements and research and synthesize into UX and Visual Design strategies and tactics Lead best practices regarding, design objectives, consumer journey mapping, service blueprints, persona development, to identify pain-points and opportunities using observational studies, customer interviews and other forms of discovery and realized as meaningful insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital strategists, product managers, project managers and developers to ensure effective and executable user experiences for our clients’ and our internal mobile, web and SaaS Products Advocate for the end-user and user-centered design Create cutting edge UX and Visual Design by leveraging available insights, best practices, market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings

• Experience with user research, concepting, ideation and iterative prototyping.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions. At least 1 or 2 portfolios, should explain the process on what has been built to design the portfolio
• Experience in designing on client side
• An innate capacity for creating engaging, highly usable designs and layouts for the mobile, web and Saas Product.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
