Job Description

Help Research team with human-centered inputs to shape the product vision in early stages Collaborate with Product Managers to put early versions of the product in users hand Define User Journeys, Experiences and product workflows (UX) Design User Interface (UI) and UI Systems Work closely with Development teams to bring UI to life Set up experiments, test and iterate with the users throughout the design process Find ways for design to add value across varying scopes of product development Be accountable for consistency and effectiveness of user experience

Skills

• Worked closely with non-designers to put products in users hands
• A keen sense of addressing ambiguity and complexity
• An interest (if not experience) in designing for highly specialized ecosystems, where the constraints are unique and plenty
• An interest in transforming how AI is used by humans in a healthcare context
