Create visual interfaces for Propel mobile apps, responsive web apps and responsive websites Identify and create micro interactions/transitions/gestures for each product/website you're designing Participate in overall strategy through design, prototyping and research Create user journeys, wireframes, and visual design for web/mobile applications Improve user experience by measuring various metrics and iterating over the design Create promotional content, visualizations and infographics Create scalable design systems & component libraries

Skills

• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience of designing consumer facing mobile and web applications
• Expert knowledge of design tools like Figma or Sketch or Photoshop etc.
• Organized and self-sufficient
