Job Description

Own style guide development and implementation across Profit.co’s product portfolio Construct intuitive interfaces for operational workflows spanning manual and automated tasks, within a network of post production and distribution tools Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations Stakeholders to design end-to-end flows that handle content processing in an elegant way and optimizes operational efficiency Ensure continuity across products visually, defining clear micro-interactions that are intuitive and streamlined Communicate with Product, Engineering, and Operations Stakeholders throughout all stages of the design process Generate lo-fi wireframes, flow diagrams, and hi-fi mockups (i.e. “pixel perfect”), that clearly illustrate new feature sets and integration into existing interfaces Perform visual quality assurance reviews with QA to minimize UI defects and solution UX conflicts Develop transition plans for existing product portfolio into the new style guide, with Stakeholder buy-in

Skills

• Experience in designing responsive websites
• Ability to guide complex features from initial concept to production and post-launch evaluation
• Innovative and clever, with high proficiency in Sketch, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent tools)
• Excellent visualization and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate concepts visually and verbally
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
