You turn strategy into ideas, and execute down to the fine detail You collaborate with other designers to constantly level up your skills while maintaining an appropriate level of quality You work closely with the India Marketing team to fulfill the goals and objectives of the company as a whole You have an understanding of the objectives of Prodigy and it’s different products and build ideas that both answer those needs and push their creative limits You work on a wide range of design projects in both digital and analog media—including but not limited to video, social media content, ads (external and internal), document templates, asset libraries, and more You engage in user research and data analysis to ensure that your designs are addressing important user pain points You can rapidly produce multiple concepts—knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches You can incorporate and contribute to our internal design guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across the entire company You help to manage and organize projects as they come into the workflow and see them through production

Skills

• A solid foundation in core concepts such as layout, colour, composition, typography, and use of imagery
• You have the desire to drive creative decisions through a user-centred design process, including research, ideation, iteration, and validation
• Someone with a soft spot for the end user—advocating for them in all areas of your work is core to what you do
• You have a strong proficiency with contemporary design tools such as the Adobe CC suite, among others (Figma is a plus)
• Previous experience of collaborating closely with other designers and team members from various specializations
• You have solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for ideation and design decisions
• Someone with a willingness to learn and work in a hyper-growth company
• You have a portfolio showcasing shipped projects and case studies
• You have project management skills to keep projects organized and moving along
