Practo is looking for a UI Designer who is experienced in print, digital and branding to join the Practo Product Design team.We believe that all of our products should be beautiful and accessible. As a Visual Designer, you’ll delight users with designs that inspire, engage and excite them. You’re well-versed in the art of design diplomacy, and will work hard to make sure all stakeholders on a given project meet their goals.

Skills

• Create world-class customer experiences and beautiful visuals that support and reinforce Practo’s vision, brand, and business objectives across all platforms
• You are the visual keeper of the Practo brand by constantly polishing the design language and help establish the Visual Design function at Practo
• Create style guides and design pattern libraries in support of our brand and cross-platform experiences
• Inspire the design team by producing, leading and integrating effective & efficient design practices
• Participate in product ideation and conceptual development.
• Design research and trend analysis

Job Description

Creating exciting design solutions that have a high visual impact using illustrations. Should be able to generate graphic formats suitable both for print and digital advertising. Provide illustrations for marketing collaterals, websites and social media Working on brochure, presentations, leaflets, trade-marks, videos, and banner designs Own email designs - Understand which email designs get most actions and change design accordingly to maximize marketing impact. Adhering to brand guidelines & framework w.r.t. illustrations, iconography & visual guidelines.

Skills

• Should be able to understand objectives set by the team and come up with visual design.
• Should be able to come up with good concepts and illustrate them.
• Have good understanding of colour concepts, icons, typography and design in general.
• Experience with Illustrations & iconography.
• Is adept with tools like photoshop & illustrator.
• Should be able to take detailed requirements from the team and pitch multiple concepts.
• Design aesthetically pleasing emailers which performs well on different screen sizes.
• Create design that aligns with the companies- design and brand guidelines.
