Job Description

• Responsible for the overall look and artistic approach for the game. • Conceptualize and illustrate exceptional game art assets, UI, environments, characters animations, Banners, marketing screens shots and icons • Understand the design documents and deliver the art assets. • Conceiving and visualizing gameplay and mechanics during pre-production. • Work closely with the Art director, Game artists, Game Designer, Programmers, product managers and Producer to create all aspects of game graphics, UI, and production.which will drive the visual identity of the game. • Communicate the styling and concepts through mock-up art. • Make sure that all art and animation assets produced are high quality. • Strong understanding of games and game constraints • Ability to create a variety of production quality artwork with experience in user interface design.

Skills

• At least 8-12 years of hands-on experience in creating 2D game art, UI for games, App design.

• Proven experience of working on 2D Casual social , web and/or mobile games/ mobile applications across different genres

• Your design portfolio should demonstrate an excellent eye for typography, mastery of clean and intuitive visuals, purposeful color, and a strong UI skills.

• Your work should show a deep appreciation for simple and usable interfaces.

• Should be creative, able to understand the design documents and responsible for delivering the art assets.

• Should be good at sketching, animation, character creation, Concept art, Illustration, and strong UI skills.

• Passion for games and a good understanding of what makes a game visually stunning and Fun to play.

• Proficient to expert in Photoshop, Flash, and associated design tools

• Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment

• Positive, pro-active attitude with a will to deliver quickly, adhering to tight deadlines

• Ability to work as a part of the team as well as the individual.

• Bachelor’s degree in design-related discipline Interaction, Graphic or Interface design) BFA/MFA
