Conceptualize and develop visually appealing and effective motion graphics for various projects Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure project goals and timelines are met Utilize motion graphics software such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, and others to create animations and special effects Design and execute animation styles that are consistent with the project's visual style and overall aesthetic Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve skills and techniques Maintain and organize project files and assets Participate in client and team meetings to present work and gather feedback

Skills

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Artist with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant experience
• Strong understanding of animation, design principles, and the latest software and technology
• Excellent skills in After Effects, Cinema 4D, and other motion graphics software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Job Description

Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets. Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand. Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets. Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages. Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user. Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Skills

• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD etc. Must
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
