Job Description

Create high-quality UI design from concept to final product. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, icons, and tables). Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness). Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours, and images. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Skills

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for rapid prototyping & Bootstrap.
• The ideal candidate should have good experience in design systems, components, and style guides and how to best implement, maintain, and build them.
• Knowledge of Angular-js is a plus.
• Page layout and composition.

Job Description

Has an insatiable hunger towards learning new things and improving the existing ones. Developing wireframes & task flows based on user needs. Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software. Understand product specifications and user psychology Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback Create personas through user research and data Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability) Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers

Skills

• 1-6 years of proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role.
• B.Sc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. (but not mandatory)
• Strong portfolio of design projects.
• Familiarity with interaction design & informative architecture.
• Knowledge and hands on experience of HTML/CSS; JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Proficient in Design Software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq)
• Ability to solve problems very creatively and effectively.
• Excellent Visual design skills with sensitivity to user- system interaction
