Job Description

We are looking for a design addict and a visual communications expert with a minimum of 2 years experience in the graphic design industry. Freshers are welcome if you can substantially demonstrate your design skills. The position requires taking abstract concepts and strategic content to produce visually compelling business stories through various mediums including, but not limited to, graphic presentations, infographics, web design, corporate branding and motion graphics.

Skills

• Candidate should have 2+ years of design industry experience to apply for the position.

• This person will be responsible for conceptualization and execution of design solutions for both internal and external projects under core products and services offered by PitchWorx – a unit of BonzoHeads Interactive LLP.
• Translate client requirements into highly engaging and compelling design concepts
• Effectively conceptualize, design and create high-quality designs/ presentations utilizing a variety of digital media formats
• Apply visual design principles, information design, typography, color, imagery and iconography using key graphic design and authoring tools including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote etc.
• Handle multiple projects (both internal and external projects) and deliver the projects under tight deadlines
• Conduct a basic level of online research on the subject/ project to get a better grasp over the subject
• Communicate design strategy and rationale to stakeholders (internal or external)
• Effectively engage with clients during the design project
• Participate in team, product or organization building exercises
• Shall be part of core PitchWorx Team

Responsible for conceptualization and execution of design solutions for both internal and external projects under core products and services offered by PitchWorx – a unit of BonzoHeads Interactive LLP.

Skills

• 3 or more years of experience with working on UI for mobile/ web applications and Website Designs
• Hands-on experience creating interactive wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap front end library
• Familiarity with responsive design principles
• Translate client requirements into highly engaging and compelling design concepts
• Apply visual design principles, information design, typography, color, imagery and iconography using key graphic design and authoring tools
• Knowledge of front end coding will be added advantage (desirable but not mandatory)
• Communicate design strategy and rationale to stakeholders (internal or external)

Translating client requirements to highly engaging and compelling design / visual communication concepts Applying visual design principles, information design, typography, color, imagery and iconography to presentations, reports, whitepapers, brochures, print proposals etc. Ability to create visually appealing infographics that present data points in a meaningful way Ability to engage with clients during the project lifecycle Knowledge of wide range of media/ publishing tools and graphic design software including but not limited to Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc. Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects (both internal and external projects) and deliver the projects under tight deadlines

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience working as a graphic / visual communication designer with leading media/ publishing houses
• Experience in designing various collaterals including but not limited to presentations, whitepapers, reports, brochures, proposals etc., that provide information about a company's offerings
