Job Description

Being in a lean UX/UI studio environment, you will be spearheading and taking care of multiple projects You will be working on projects across multiple domains - ranging from agritech, fintech, edu-tech, e-commerce, music marketplaces and many more domains depending upon the requirement of the studio during any course of time. You will be responsible for the UX research and study required for the entire project - Personna creation, Empathy mapping, User journey, User research - Typically collating primary and insights from research. You will be working closely with the Design Director who has the experience of creating such work for some of the largest organizations across the globe. You should have the ability to create and work on complex information architectures and define user journeys for complex products like customer and backend facing dashboards. You’ll be working in a lean startup environment and should have the ability to clearly communicate thoughts and opinions to clients regarding designs. You will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing and unique designs for product dashboards, apps and websites. You will eventually be responsible for leading a team of designers within the organization.

Skills

• Preferably a background with a design studio or a freelancer which showcases the experience of handling client requirements in depth.
• Ability to work solo and in a team. Proficient with software like Adobe XD (Must), Sketch (Good to have), Photoshop, Illustrator, Zeplin.
• Strong communication and reasoning skills within designs.
• A very strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines for the project that is undertaken.
