Job Description

As a UI designer, play the pivotal role of providing, defining, and designing the desired user interface for all digital assets across platforms by using expertise in the areas of UI Design and development Understand stakeholder and customer (user) needs and create quick iterations of solutions, present solutions to stakeholders, and improve solutions. Manage stakeholder alignment to drive a common UI/UX vision that supports the strategic roadmap for various digital assets Collaborate with Business and IT teams within the organization to understand the various customer offerings, customer, customer touchpoints, existing and planned digital assets, current user interfaces, and experiences Work across multiple cross-functional product teams to create and influence the creation of elegant and desired user interfaces that are relevant, innovative, intuitive, inviting, and engaging, thus creating business impact Work with external vendors/partners in all stages of UI/UX design and implementation to bring ideas/solutions to fruition Lead the effort to rapidly prototype new concepts, layouts, and interaction models Manage design systems and library and of UI elements to maintain consistency and improve project delivery timelines Lead design excellence by incorporating customer feedback into overall UI/UX design across products Participate in the organization by evolving and strengthening a design thinking culture across the organization.

Skills

• Experience with a skew towards solid visual design skills (70%) and good at Interaction design.
• Prior experience working in IT Services Industry

Proven working experience on enterprise applications (multichannel), Websites, embedded product UI's. Ability to translate high level project requirements into design inputs and support define information architecture, wire flows, interaction rationale, wireframes and walk through prototypes. Ability to empathize with the end users and the clients. Strong understanding of design process, tools and techniques. Experience conducting heuristic evaluation reviews of the products and services. Work collaboratively and communicate effectively the designs ideas with all stakeholders. Strong verbal and writing skills, ability to communicate effectively to convey the design ideas. Creating concepts in a wide variety of variants from sketched to high fidelity mock-ups

Skills

• Work with senior interaction designers and UX Architects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Up-to-date with the understanding of design techniques and tools.
• Strong understanding of user behavior, user psychology, design tools such as card sorting, persona creation, user journey creation, information architecture etc.
• Hands on designer with proficiency in design tools. Adobe Suite, Axure, Invision etc.
• Fluency in creating user flows, wireframes and prototypes preferably on Axure, invision or latest prototyping tools
• Contributes to building a design centric work culture.
