Job Description

We are looking for passionate and creative UX designer. You will impact our business and consumer product experiences across all the channels. You will mentor and guide your colleagues including UX leaders and managers. Work in a fast-paced environment that will help you hone your skills while building a great body of work. Draw on your UX lifecycle knowledge (discovery, user research, iterative design, and testing) to shape great user experience and memorable products. Skills

Requirements :

- 6+ years of experience working in a dynamic environment

- Graduate from a premier institute such as NID, IIT, etc.

- Currently working in any major customer-facing product company

- Familiar with design constraints and patterns

- Hands-on experience on 2 form factors and platforms

- Well-versed in designing for OS, platforms, human user interface guidelines, services, etc.

- Understanding of design-related disciplines such as Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Content Strategy, etc.

- Prior experience in creating user profiles, user personas, etc.

- Priority for the candidates would be based on below following combinations

1. Design Schools and Product Companies
2. Design Schools and Major Service Companies
3. Any 4-year UnderGraduate Education and Product Companies

- Familiarity with web 2.0, CSS3, HTML5, etc.

- Familiarity with adaptive and responsive techniques

- Work collaboratively with development teams
