Job Description

User-Centric Product Thinker: You have demonstrated success in leading the design of large-scale Mobile first applications and you are proficient in user-cantered design methods. You have 5+ years of experience as a UX designer, with an emphasis on interaction design. Prior experience with B2C products An owner: You understand how to own your design while balancing stakeholder approval and engaging in constant collaboration with others. An end-to-end designer: You are strong at thinking big during the conceptual stage, but can zoom in to pixel-level detail during production, and drive creation of shippable quality elements A visual story teller: You are able to effectively present and pitch your work to diverse audiences throughout the business. You come with a solid rationale behind every design decision you make, you understand the importance of listening as part of communication Collaborator: You understand that the best work happens when individuals work as a team and you enjoy working alongside teams of Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders

Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with proven track record in conceptualizing and designing mobile first applications
• Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript
• Creative ideas with a problem-solving mind-set
• Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it
• Must be comfortable in using one or more tools: Sketch, Adobe CS suite, Invision Studio, Framer
