Job Description

Develop innovative design solutions and world-class software product experiences that transform how people work around the digital world Drive user experiences from concept to delivery based on in-depth comprehension of user needs and design principles Translate actionable insights from the design research team into low and high fidelity mockups, patterns, prototypes and development-ready specifications. Collaborate directly with product owners and developers to build out, update and modernize software product user interfaces (while using agile methodologies). Design business process scenarios and flows for user interfaces and demos. Rapidly iterate through journey maps, storyboards, user flows, sketches, wireframes, and other design artifacts to effectively communicate interaction and a dynamic content strategy Prepare UX documentation to be used by the development team. Understand business problems across our customer set in order to have context for deliverables.

Skills

• Must have designed complete end to end UI/UX of Enterprie grade Mobile App or Web Apps independently.
• Experience with creating user scenarios for usability testing, analysis of industry trends, task analysis, workflow design, layout & composition and reporting conclusions in well-developed documents.
• Strong experience working with any of the design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Invision, etc to create comprehensive high-fidelity design solutions and specifications that enforce consistency, usability, and accessibility as part of a larger system or product
• Strong communication, storytelling and documentation skills.
• Have an expert-level knowledge of responsive UI design methodology and processes (user centered and iterative design)..
• Portfolio of previous work must be presented incorporating UI designs and/or sketches that demonstrate an understanding of wireframing, interaction design and design best practices.
• An awesome and positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, team based environment.
