Conceptualising original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Build storyboards to conceptualise designs and convey project plans to clients and management Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders

Skills

• Strong portfolio of UI Design work
• Basic Animation Skills using Industry Standard Animation tools
• Illustration skills Experience using Figma/Sketch
• Experience using JIRA
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders in Face to Face/Virtual discussions
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently

• Minimum 2-4 years of solid UI Design Experience
• Bachelors/Masters in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related fields
• Strong portfolio of UI Design work
• Basic Animation Skills using Industry Standard Animation tools
• Illustration skills Experience using Figma/Sketch
• Experience using JIRA
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Description

We are looking for creative and empathetic Senior Visual Designer who loves solving design problems. You will visualize, define and design everything that will go into the brand and products across online and offline channels.

Skills

• High level thinker with a penchant for getting into the root of the design challenge.
• Proven mastery over visual design principles.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Pixel perfectionist.
• Ability to think from a user point of view and design point of view (in that order).
• Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in graphic or visual design across multiple industries/products.
• Proficient with industry standard design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch).
• Create aesthetically excellent work that is true to the brand spirit.
• A good portfolio with varied designs to showcase across, icons, typography, illustrations, sketches, wireframes, storyboards, brand systems, etc.
• Can effectively present and communicate design ideas and principles with the team.
• Understanding of color psychology.
• Ability to lead a team of designers, mentor them and guide them through design thinking philosophy.
• Built design processes and managed design workflows.
