Job Description

You would design products and experiences around major products lines in the OST family. You would be working with a cross-functional, multinational team. You would collaborate with multiple stakeholders namely our Product Managers, Designers, Blockchain Strategy, Engineers and QA teams during the entire product lifecycle. You would be responsible for the product right from the ideation to the development phase, OST treats every team member as an owner and stakeholder.

Skills

• At least 3 years of experience designing SAAS and Consumer Products. Experience in designing Banking or Financial application is a plus.
• Should have experience working with Product Managers and Developers.
• Strong ability to align user needs to business goals.
• Should be able to conduct user interviews to derive product requirements and customer validations.
• Should be able to translate concepts/ideas into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to delightful user experiences.
• Facilitate product vision by researching, prototyping, user-testing experiences.
• Additional skills in illustration, motion design and similar is a plus.
• You should have excellent communication skills.
• Passion for blockchain technologies.
