Translate ideas into effective designs - including, digital, web, brand identity, videos, social creatives, Landing pages and more. Take ideas from a concept to a brief and create a compelling story and deliverable around the same. Help with creating a brand identity for ORI and ORI's products. Lead a team of creatives and take the idea and vision of ORI forward from the perspective of design and create SOP's for content, graphics and creatives. Create product demo videos, case study videos and product explainer videos. Ideation + execution. Stay up-to-date on cutting edge design throughout the industry and look for ways to improve on existing design and product UI / UX. Manage workflow (which includes multiple projects at one time) and productivity in accordance with product schedules, budgets, and creative goals. At times - interact with clients and partners to customise UI/UX requirements for dashboards and client products
Skills
- Working knowledge of design practice, disciplines, and principles
- Experience with industry-standard Design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, or other prototyping tools
- Strong collaborator with ability to receive and incorporate critique from peers and stakeholders as well as provide meaningful feedback
- Outstanding body of work that incorporates design-thinking (or similar) methodologies where people are the center of the solution (portfolio needed for review)
- Ability to handle multiple design projects at different stages of delivery simultaneously without sacrificing quality
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Ability to maintain high standards of accountability, owning responsibility around design
