Job Description

Lead development of web and mobile interfaces for product module or new prototypes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, Angular Achieve at least 40% code coverage for UI, or per the revised standards set by the team, with corresponding unit tests Work closely with PM/Product Owner, Designers and other developers, contribute to planning and grooming sessions and drive team’s discussions on system architecture and component design Support the team to ensure all committed stories for the sprint are completed per the sprint goal Review team members’ code and provide corrections and feedback in a professional, skill-building way Help junior developers how to follow development testing, exploratory testing, AI testing and/or test automation Work towards reducing total number of defects in the module/product to industry standards by catching and fixing issues early in development Ensure critical and high priority CII’s are delivered per SLA Help build high-performing teams, grow and mentor the technical skills within the team and create development opportunities for them

• Front End Development Skills (HTML5, CSS and JavaScript, AngularJS, React or other (MVVM) frameworks)
• Agile development experience
• Continuous Integration/Deployment - DevOps mindset
• Test-Driven Development (TDD) using modern technologies (Karma, Jasmine, Mocha, etc)
• Working on enterprise scale projects
• Experience mentoring junior team members

Job Description

As a UI Developer, you will work with the product team to develop outstanding web and mobile interfaces for prototypes, new products and existing products. The Frontend Developer will play an instrumental role in new product development, innovation and brainstorming sessions, rapid prototyping of digital applications and services for web and mobile use cases. Helping to design quick prototypes in both low and high fidelity as well as take successful prototypes to a more structured design process Design outstanding web and mobile interfaces for prototypes and new products Helping team work through rapid prototyping use cases Helping evangelize design thinking and human centered design as we build out our product design vision Setup the product group with prototyping and wire framing tools Maintains a high awareness of industry issues and trends

Skills

• Front End Development Skills (HTML5, CSS and Modern JavaScript, AngularJS, React or other Model–view–view model (MVVM) frameworks)
• Agile development (Scrum, XP, or Pair Programming) experience
• Continuous Integration/Deployment - DevOps mindset
• Test-Driven Development (TDD) using modern technologies (Karma, Jasmine, Mocha, etc))
• Working with onshore/offshore development teams
• Working on Enterprise scale projects
