Job Description

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to understand the problem space and project requirements Clearly communicate concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes Conduct user research, test designs with users, analyze the results, and integrate changes into your design process Use competitor analysis, data, and insights to decide on design and product directions, and to inform iteration and optimization Foster user-centric design culture, values, and principles within the organization to elevate the craft

Skills

• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Good project management skills
