Creating visual identity systems and reusable components for web and mobile app design. Collaborate with other team members and give clear insights and also incorporate feedback. Working with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and executive leadership. Effectively handle all aspects of visual design spanning illustration, animation, web design, mobile apps design. Create prototypes to communicate product functions effectively, and perform usability testing. Develop high-quality visual designs that adhere to design guidelines and systems and solve unique user problems. Create quick mockups to showcase and test solutions. Collaborate efficiently with the product & tech team and iterate as per business and tech requirements/feasibility. Take ownership of your projects while relentlessly looking for the best way to solve business problems and improve the customer experience.

Skills

• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to create high-quality artifacts upholding set design guidelines and systems.
• Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design.
• Must be able to mediate creative problems to arrive at the best solution.
• Working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
• Working knowledge of the ideation and creation of UI design processes and deliverables.
• Working knowledge of industry tools, and other interactive media software
• Desire to learn and grow as a designer.

Create close working alliances with Product, Strategy, Marketing and Engineering, to shape and deliver design vision and strategy. Develop solutions that balance member needs, business constraints, and technical considerations across different surfaces (mobile, web etc.). Defining and designing the multi-channel experience of our customers - product portfolio will span mobile, web and a variety of other services, which we deliver via a user-friendly internet platform. Uncover and decode the latent and unmet needs of our users, successfully converting their needs into solutions. Build, develop and nurture a world-class technical product design team; enable your team to innovate, Solve complex design problems and deliver extraordinary results. Skills

• Ideal candidate should have 9-13 years of hands-on product design experience with mobile and web products, and proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Design school graduates with a specialisation in Interaction Design - Preference would be given to candidates who have Engineering + Design degrees.
• An outstanding portfolio that showcases your foundation in idealisation, visual design, interaction and delivery.
• Analytical thinking – analyse data, determine how to incorporate findings into design.
• Ability to work nimbly across multiple projects, with fast-paced, iterative product development cycles.
• The flexibility to quickly adapt and produce in a rapidly-changing environment, meeting aggressive product launch schedule.
