Job Description

Consistently improve the product design according to user requirements and business needs. Create user-flows, wireframes polished mockup designs, storyboards and ability to quickly iterate designs. Advocate for the customer and user-centered design in a corporate environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product managers, business managers, developers and designers. Need to communicate and follow-through your design concepts and strategy to peers and stakeholders. Initiate and participate in user research as needed. Leverage available insights like market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings. Keep up to date with various design innovations and practices. Implement design process lead approach to create solutions.

Skills

• 4+ years as a User Experience Designer, creating excellent experiences that delight the customer.
• Portfolio or work samples showcasing design aptitude, creativity, depth of thought and the ability to solve complex design.
• Fluency in best practices for Information Architecture and Interaction Design
• Ability to document design process and to validate designs with users.
• Proficiency in UX Design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) or similar tools to create user interfaces.
• Ability to rapid prototype ideas with different levels of fidelity (sketch, whiteboard, wireframes, etc.)
• Self-motivated to work on your own timeline in a disciplined manner.
• Demonstrated experience communicating to different groups in the organization, including senior management.
