Job Description

Collaborate, communicate and follow-through with product managers, business managers, developers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand the product requirements and create user-centered designs Create user-flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas Design visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies and apply them to improve the user experience Be able to consistently leverage for user-centric design available insights like market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.

Skills

• Fluency in best practices for Information Architecture and Interaction Design.
• Ability to document the design process and to validate designs with users.
• Ability to rapidly prototype ideas with different levels of fidelity (sketch, whiteboard, wireframes, etc).
• Demonstrated experience communicating to different groups in the organization, including senior management
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills, design aptitude, creativity and understanding of user-centered design principles
• Computer Science, Engineering, or Product Design degree, or equivalent practical experience
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
