Job Description

Translate complex design problems, user pain points, and research findings into practical and impactful design solutions Proactively engage with multiple project stakeholders, including developers, marketing and other designers, in drafting and brainstorming initial concept Quickly visualize and prototype ideas to communicate concepts, conveying design ideas via sketches, wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and/or animations Conduct primary and/or secondary research, as well as quick rounds of usability tests Create iterative designs that meet product objectives, fit within Noise Design guidelines, and respond to feedback and usability test. Strive to elevate the product by crafting elegant visual design systems from modern UI patterns and trends, from concept to execution Support and collaborate with development teams throughout the implementation cycle Articulate strategy behind design decisions Be an advocate for the user & lead by example

Skills

• Experience related to product websites and/or e-commerce will be a bonus
• Ability to clearly articulate a problem space and design solutions that meet user needs as well as business goals
• Ability to quickly incorporate feedback and efficiently produce high quality professional work
• A drive for excellence; an enthusiasm to constantly push the boundaries of the visual and user experience we create.
• Have strong cultural knowledge (pop culture) and should be aware of day to day industry trends.
• Ability to think holistically about how the UI will scale in the future and integrate with other systems.
• Experience conducting and analysing user research.
• Ability to accurately set, manage, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a loosely defined agile and lean design environment.
• Skilled in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma or similar tools.

Job Description

● Making virtual advertisments for the promotion of our products on our website and e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. ● Design beautiful product packaging, web interfaces and banners. ● Conceptualize visual themes, mood boards and campaigns for our products. ● Help build and take the Noise brand to the next level– both in the digital and retail space. ● Imbibe our brand and its essence– and make sure it shines through in the right way on all our collateral. ● Ensure consistency and design hygiene across various channels ● Envision and create the right design solutions in known and/or ambiguous situations. ● Understand business & technological constrains and how they impact the design process and output. ● Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends. ● Be a strong voice for the user and user-centric design. ● Be comfortable collaborating as well as working independently.

Skills

● Have a stong hold on Adobe softwares like Photopshop and Illustrator.

● Have excellent project management skills. She/he should be problem solver efficient, organized

and collaborative.

● E-commerce experience.
