Job Description

Work with senior designers and developers to determine the best way to execute designs Create detailed design specifications including redlines (if required) Output and organize files into a consistent structure for development hand-off Create high fidelity images Maintain a design language system with UX principles, interaction patterns, UI components, and functional specifications Work with established style guide standards to maintain consistency Articulate design work and rationale to teams, peers, and executives for review and feedback Collaborate with Design, Program, and Engineering teams from design concept to design solution, UX guidelines, asset production, and bug fixes to ensure quality all the way to market.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design or related design discipline.
• 3+ years of experience as a or similar role.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Illustrator, Sketch, Invision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience filing bugs and working with engineers to get them resolved
• Experience working with redlines and UI specifications
• Passion for pixel perfection
• Knowledge of usability principles and techniques
• Excellent people, project, and time management skills to perform in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
• Interaction design expertise
• Visual design experience
• Prototyping experience
• An online portfolio or samples of work that demonstrate your design thinking, process, and solutions as it relates to web-based tools
