Job Description

Gathering project/service/application requirements from the business owner/UIDAI management and translates them into visual design/mockups, assist and monitor the team involved in the development and maintenance of the same Usability and UX consultancy: User centered analysis, user profiling, persona and scenario creation, Usability review and recommendation, Information mapping and architecture, UI template/theme, Rapid and Conceptual prototyping using Axure, Balsamiq or Photoshop and PowerPoint Website Management : Daily updates prioritization and monitoring progress Design : Graphic and artwork creation, Aadhaar Letter, Aadhaar PVC card, or Envelope related design work, Brochure, Newsletter, Banners Documentation: Website Quality Manual, Review Reports, Visual Design standard Work on GIGW compliance for the website and provide guidance for the same to other portal owners. Designing UI for PoC (Prof of Concept) Provide UI/graphic design support to, Logistics, Media and other divisions Design for Aadhaar based external projects like Digital India and Jharkhand Govt Attendance Portal if required

Skills

• Excellent visual design, typography, layout, and colour sensibilities skills
• Expert proficiency with Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop and other design tools
• Working knowledge of responsive design, mobile app design, HTML5 and CSS3
• Demonstrated ability to create innovative designs along with enough flexibility to adapt to existing branding
• A deep understanding of the visual language associated with data visualization and systems UI design
• Experience in collecting and using design feedback
• Ability to initiate and lead design discussions, and demonstrated experience in collecting and using feedback
