Work closely and collaborate with product and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience Work with multiple stakeholders and customers ensuring faster response times Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Skills

• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Proficiency in Axure, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Good understanding of Agile ways of working and the process.
• Good communications and presentation skills

As a UI / UX lead, you will work with a team of talented and highly collaborative designers, product managers, engineers and customers to develop a wide range of applications on mobile and web.You will have to: Cultivate a collaborative working environment with a growing team. Hands-on with the latest tools like Sketch App, Zeplin, Invision Coordinate project performance with clients. Respond to problems in a timely, effective manner Provide good technical guidance to project team members within the organization so that their abilities and the overall project quality are enhanced Keep management informed of project progress and problems, particularly as to needed changes in schedule, resources, or product
