• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be proficient in creating UI in SketchApp and Prototyping them.
• Must be proficient in working with Grid, Symbols, Plugins, Responsive Design, Shortcuts, and more to stay efficient.
• Must be well versed with Typography, Color Theory, Web Accessibilities.
• Must know the Design Principles of Interface, Interaction, and Visual Design.
• Should be able to work on challenging domains.
• Should know how to manage his/her own time and stay productive.

• Must have strong communication skills
• Should be well versed with working on User Research, Competitive Analysis, Usability Principles, Usability Evaluation, Information Architecture, Workflow, Prototyping, Wireframing, and Designing Interfaces and Interactions.
• Should know the fundamentals of Human Psychology.
• Should be able to work on challenging domains and on multiple projects at a time.
• Should be able to manage the Users, Stakeholders, and Clients.
• Should know how to manage his/her own time and stay productive.
