Job Description

Understand Business Needs and execute outcomes accordingly Focus on user centricity Lead research sprints for complex problems and come up with solutions Conduct Research on user with the latest skills and get the user advocacy in the design and development Create wireframes and user flow Must have: Setting up user interviews, conducting user interviews, Producing user interviews outcomes, Customer Journey map, Information architecture, Lean UX, Persona creation, Empathy Map, User story writing and mapping, Sketching or ideation at macro level for solutions , Service Bluero Analyze and synthesize research findings to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the design and product teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers, to ensure research insights are integrated into the product development process Develop and maintain research reports, personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and design Mentor and guide junior researchers and interns in research methodologies and best practices

Skills

• Experience in UX research, with experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Certification in design, such as Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) or Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in presenting research findings to cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
