Job Description

i. A UX Designer works very closely with the Product Managers and would be helping the product management in crafting the product vision.ii. He/She will own a product or a set of features and work across verticals- product, engineering, business to make sure the product meets user and business goalsiii. He or she should be great at telling user stories and has a sense of empathy towards end users and proficient in making user flows and interactions for both Mobile and Web.iv. He or she would also be responsible in conducting user research and surveys and should be able to craft data driven design solutions.

Skills

i. 2-12 years' experience working as a UX/Interaction Designer, ideally for consumer web and mobile products Deep understanding of design methodologies and principles
ii. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
iii. Ability to understand and analyze user needs and conduct user testings and surveys
iv. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, Photoshop, Sketch Illustrator or whatever!
v. Understanding of HTML and CSS
vi. Team player in true sense Keen attention to detail and ability to work with user interface designers and usability experts to define customer experience for all customer facing features Great, if some e-commerce experience
