Job Description

Gather user requirements in collaboration with product managers and other team members and analysing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to evaluate needs and to make recommendations Prepare actionable insights to translate ideas into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Put design to the test of user data, conduct A/b testing with development team and iterate accordingly Identify and troubleshoot UX problems Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Develop different user personas based on website data for the designing and apply it to create an elegant experience for the same. Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital platforms Design, document, and deliver information architecture, wireframes, user stories, user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Skills

• Strong knowledge and command over designing and wireframe tools such as Marvel, Figma, Sketch & Adobe XD etc.
• Awareness of Industry standards and best practices(such as style guide, optimization, versioning) to be followed
• Dedication and passion towards the role as it is directly linked to customer delight and therefore, company’s success
• Significant attention to detail and critical thinking
• Have empathy for the end-user, a deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD) and strong analytical abilities
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
• Portfolio of UI/UX to be showcased
